Nashville-based singer-songwriter Mynolia has released a new single titled Take The Mountain By Surprise, Stereogum and Under the Radar Magazine reported. The track was written and recorded in a single sitting, according to Stereogum. [1][2]

Stereogum reported that the new single follows three previously released songs from her upcoming project, including Needle, Run Like Hell, and Holy Line. [1]

The release is part of the rollout for Mynolia's debut album, Salt Around My Bed, which Stereogum reported was announced last month and is scheduled to arrive next year. [1]

Mynolia stated that the track had an unconventional creation process that was inspired by an unusual guitar tuning she originally used for an earlier song called Sweatpants And Straitjackets, Stereogum reported. [1]
