Melbourne digital pop artist Katie Dey announced on 9 October 2026 that she will release a new album titled universal will in four weeks. To accompany the announcement, Dey released the new single titled for you. The upcoming project serves as the official follow-up to her previous studio record, never falter hero girl, Stereogum reported. [1]
The release of universal will ends a three-year gap between studio albums for the artist, outside of a rarities collection released last year, according to Stereogum.
