New York singer and songwriter June McDoom released her new single Human Angel on October 14 2026, Stereogum and FLOOD Magazine reported. The track comes ahead of her debut full-length album, Follow The Light, which is scheduled for release on October 16 2026 through the Jagjaguwar record label. [1][2][5]
Stereogum reported that Human Angel combines acoustic balladry with sophistipop and features a subtle drum rhythm built on syncopation and breakbeat fills. The single follows earlier track releases including Without You and Get Out Of My Life, which showcased her dream-state folk sound after several years of EP releases. [1]
McDoom previously performed as an opening act on Clairo's Charm Tour between September 2024 and March 2025. That concert tour covered 58 total shows across North America and Europe, with additional supporting performances from Paris, Texas, Frankie Cosmos, and Alice Phoebe Lou. [6]
