Head Trip festival adjusts lineup following day one weather disruption

Head Trip festival altered its event schedule after weather issues interrupted the first day of the event. Billboard and Pollstar both reported that the festival experienced disruptions over the weekend due to potential lightning. At exactly 9:00 p.m. on Saturday, Chris Lake and Fisher were performing together as Under Construction when the music stopped, causing the first day to end early. [1][3]

The early closure forced organizers to adjust the schedule for the second day of the festival. Billboard reported that the Sunday lineup shifted to feature electronic dance music artists Skrillex, Calvin Harris, and Swedish House Mafia. The three acts performed consecutive sets during the revised Sunday program. [1]

The weekend saw several other live music disruptions across the industry. Pollstar reported that Ella Langley canceled an October 9, 2026 concert at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, hours before showtime due to a serious security threat. Additional tour cancellations and disruptions affected scheduled performances by Barry Manilow and Art Garfunkel. [3]
