Nigerian Afrobeats singer Ayra Starr has released her third studio album, titled Starrgirl, through Mavin Records. According to Tunesloaded, the project contains 16 tracks and represents a new creative step for the artist. Oyinkansola Sarah Aderibigbe, who performs professionally as Ayra Starr, is signed to the label. [1][7]

Starrgirl features guest appearances from Kwn, Danny Ocean, Rema, Theodora, Leon Thomas, Wizkid, and Zayn. Production on the album involved multiple collaborators, including Alissia, Johnny Drille, Ilya, Stefan Johnson, Jordan K., London, Mamii, Ragee, and Shizzi. [8]

Starr rose to prominence in 2021 after signing with Mavin Records and releasing her self-titled debut EP. Tunesloaded reported that she released her debut studio album, 19 & Dangerous, in 2021. That album topped the iTunes and Apple Music charts in Nigeria and featured the single Rush, which achieved more than 100 million streams. She followed that project with her second studio album, The Year I Turned 21, in 2024. [1][9]

As FTMQ Music reported earlier, the album reached number two on the Spotify Global Top Albums Chart. The release will be supported by a 20-city international concert tour scheduled for 2027. The tour is set to begin in January 2027 with dates across Europe, the United Kingdom, and North America. [10]
