Philip Frobos announces new solo album Taste for the Unsavory

Philip Frobos, the frontman for the post-punk group Omni, has announced a new solo album titled Taste for the Unsavory, according to reports from Stereogum, The Line of Best Fit, Our Culture Mag, and Northern Transmissions. [1][4][5][6]

Stereogum, The Line of Best Fit, and Our Culture Mag all report that Frobos released a new single alongside the album announcement. Stereogum noted that the new song is titled The Handoff and features Lydia Gammill from the group Gustaf. [1][4][5]

In separate release news, Clash Magazine reported that Xiaojun, a member of the group WayV, made his solo debut with the release of a new mini-album titled Hey, Somebody. The project features both Chinese and English versions of its title track. [3]
