The Ozzfest heavy music festival will return in 2027 for one-day events in the United Kingdom, the United States, and Mexico, according to reports from Ultimate Classic Rock and Consequence. The 2027 festival run marks the first in-person Ozzfest event staged since 2018, following the death of co-founder Ozzy Osbourne. Sharon Osbourne, who co-founded the event alongside her late husband, officially confirmed the return of the traveling festival. [1][2][4][12]

Consequence reported that the first 2027 date is scheduled for July 10, 2027, at the National Bowl in Milton Keynes, England. The tour will move to the United States on September 11, 2027, at the Glen Helen Amphitheater in San Bernardino, California. The final event of the run will take place on September 18, 2027, at Estadio GNP Seguros in Mexico City. NME noted that ticket sales for the U.K. performance begin on November 6, 2026. [4][7]

In an interview with Hits Daily Double, cited by Loudwire, Sharon Osbourne stated that 50 percent of the 2027 lineup is already confirmed. She expressed hope that the artist lineup will remain consistent across all three locations. Consequence and Ultimate Classic Rock reported that official artist announcements will be released in the coming months. [1][2][4]

Ozzfest was founded in 1996 by Sharon Osbourne, Ozzy Osbourne, and Jack Osbourne. The festival ran almost annually through 2018, featuring acts across hard rock and subgenres of heavy metal. A digital version of the festival was held in the Metaverse in 2022, as Loudwire noted. [1][2][12]
