New Jersey symphonic metal band Everdawn has announced that their new studio album, Kali, will be released on January 15, 2027, through record label Frontiers Music Srl. BraveWords reported on November 4, 2026, that the group has also issued the lead single from the album, titled Illusionist, alongside an official music video. [1]

BraveWords reported that the track Illusionist offers a dark reflection on the destructive nature of boundless ambition, focusing on themes surrounding the pursuit of power and recognition. The release features bassist Mike LePond. [1]

Everdawn features American drummer and drum instructor Dan Prestup, who also performs with the hard rock group Spider Rockets. [8]

The release of Illusionist and the upcoming launch of Kali serve as the latest promotional campaign for the band under the Frontiers Music Srl distribution system ahead of the full album arrival in January. [1]
