A$AP Rocky Releases Long Teased Single Shroom Clouds

A$AP Rocky has officially released the song Shroom Clouds on October 16, 2026. The track features guest appearances from singers Jeremih and Reggie. Pitchfork reports that the song was released through the record labels A$AP Worldwide and RCA Records. [1][2][3][6]

The track was produced by Sleeping Bear and Hector Delgado, according to Rolling Stone and Pitchfork. Pitchfork reports that the song was previously titled Mushroom Clouds and was teased as early as 2021. Rolling Stone and Pitchfork both note that the rapper first performed the song onstage in 2022 before putting it aside. [1][3]

The release serves as a bridge to a project called Don’t Be Dumb Disc 2. Rolling Stone reports that the rapper described Disc 2 as an extension of his latest album. Pitchfork reports that A$AP Rocky told Billboard the project contains songs released under alter egos that did not previously have an album to live on. [1][3]

The new single arrives as A$AP Rocky prepares to embark on a tour of Australasia, according to Pitchfork. [3]
