Iron Maiden announce 16 additional North American tour dates for 2027

British heavy metal band Iron Maiden have announced 16 additional North American concert dates for spring 2027, according to That Eric Alper and Consequence. The newly scheduled shows extend the final leg of their Run For Your Lives Tour. The group originally intended to take a hiatus from live performances in 2027, but they reversed the decision following their 2026 tour, Ultimate Classic Rock and Consequence reported. [1][2][5]

The 16-date trek begins on April 14, 2027, in Tacoma, Washington, and concludes on May 16, 2027, at the Boardwalk Rock festival in Ocean City, Maryland, according to Consequence. Kerrang! and Louder both reported that the schedule also includes a headlining performance at the Sonic Temple festival. Consequence noted that the tour will bring the band to markets that were not included in their 2026 North American run. [2][9][10]

Consequence reported that Bullet for My Valentine and The Raven Age will serve as support acts for the upcoming spring dates. The announcement of the 2027 tour leg follows a 50th anniversary tour across Canada and the United States, That Eric Alper reported. [1][2]

Iron Maiden released their seventeenth studio album, Senjutsu, on September 3, 2021. The double album was supported by the singles The Writing on the Wall and Stratego. [12]
