Ella Langley cancels Tulsa concert following bomb threat

Country artist Ella Langley cancelled her Dandelion Tour concert scheduled for Friday, October 9th, 2026, at the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma, due to a bomb threat, according to reports by Consequence and local television stations. Consequence reported that Tulsa police received a bomb threat call prior to the performance, leading to the cancellation shortly before showtime. [1][2][4][6][8][9]

In a social media statement cited by Consequence and Whiskey Riff, Langley explained that the show was called off under the advisement of local authorities, venue management, and her security team, citing a serious security threat involving the safety of fans, venue staff, and her team. She added that additional details and ticket refund information would be released as soon as possible. [1][3][4]

Officers and K-9 units conducted a preliminary sweep of the venue and found no indication of an active threat, Consequence reported. Whiskey Riff, citing local news outlet KOTV, added that Tulsa police described the incident as a false bomb threat call and stated that law enforcement did not advise the venue or the artist to cancel the event. [1][2]

The performance was part of Langley's 2026 Dandelion Tour, as noted by Holler and The Boot. A bomb threat is a verbal or written threat to detonate an explosive device to cause damage, injury, or fear, regardless of whether a physical device is present. [4][7][14]
